This method is applicable to iron sintering ore for blast furnace feedstocks. 2Normative references only the version of the date specified applies to this document. The shatter strength is expressed as the percentage of Iron sintering ores of size +1Omm. 4Apparatus 4.1 Electronic balance, with a capacity of not less than 100 kg and having a sensitivity of 5 g. 4.2 Square hole sieves, of size of holes 10 mm and 50 mm. 4.3 Drying oven, with forced convection and capable of regulating the temperature at (105 ± 5)℃。 4.4 Testing apparatus, in which the iron sintering ore is dropped from 2.0 m height to the steel base plate having thickness ≥10 mm, the specific detail structure refers to annex A. 3 YB/T4606—2017 5Preparationoftest samples Sampling four test samples according to GB/T10322.1.The size range shall be-50.0mm~ +10.0 mm. Predry the samples at (105±5)℃ for 12 hours, and then cool down to room temperature if necessary. Procedure 6.1 Number of determinations for the test The test shall be carried out in quadruplicate. 6.2The mass of the test portions Each of the test portion shall be weighed to (20 ± 0.2) kg, with an accuracy of 5 g. 6.3 Testing of shatter strength Drop the test portion down to the steel base plate from 2.0 m height, repeat this dropping process four times. Then disaggregate the test portion by 10.0 mm sieves, and weigh the +10mm portion with an accuracy of 5 g Calculation and expression of results 7.1 Calculation of results The result of the shatter strength is calculated in accordance with equation (1) and reported to the first decimal place. m1 L ×100 St = m (1) Where St is the shatter strength, in percent; m1 is the mass of +10.0mm after the testing, in kilograms; m is the mass of the test portion, in kilograms 7.2 Calculation of final result The final result is the mean of the 4 parallel results, report to the first decimal place 8 Test report The test report shall include the following information: 4 YB/T 4606—2017 a) the name and address of the testing laboratory; b) the date of issue of the test report; c) a reference to this document, i.e. YB/T 4606; d) the details necessary for the identification of the sample; e) result of the analysis; f) the reference number of the result; g) any characteristics noticed during the determination an
