ICS 27.100 P 61 备案号: 60035-2017 中华人民共和国电力行业标准 P D L / T 5190.4 — 2019 代替 DL / T 5190.4 — 2012 电力建设施工技术规范 第4部分:热工仪表及控制装置 Technical specification for thermal power erection and construction - Part 4 : instrumentation and control 2019-6-4 发布 2019-10-01 实施 国家能源局 发 布 DL / T 5190.4 — 2019 I前 言 本规范是根据国家能源局《关于印发 2017年能源领域行业标准制(修)订计划的通知》 (国能综通科 技〔 2017〕52号)文的要求,由电力行业火电建设标准化技术委员会负责,会同有关单位在 DL 5190.4 — 2012《电力建设施工技术规范 第 4部分:热工仪表及控制装置》的基础上修订的。 DL/T 5190 《电力建设施工技术规范》共 9部分组成: ——第 1部分:土建工程 ——第 2部分:锅炉机组 ——第 3部分:汽轮发电机组 ——第 4部分:热工仪表及控制装置 ——第 5部分:管道及系统 ——第 6部分:水处理及制氢设备和系统 ——第 7部分:焊接工程 ——第 8部分:加工配制 ——第 9部分:水工结构 本规范是 DL/T 5190 的第 4部分:热工仪表及控制装置。 本规范主要内容包括总则、术语、基本规定、取源部件及敏感元件的安装、就地检测和控制仪表的安 装、控制盘(台、箱、柜)的安装、电线和电缆的敷设及接线、管路敷设、屏蔽与接地、控制装置及系统防护、热工测量仪表和控制装置的调试、启动前应具备的条件、工程项目文件清单、附录。 与DL 5190.4 —2012相比,本规范主要技术变化为: ——增加了第 2章“术语”的内容; ——将原规范中第 4章4.2节“压力和差压指示仪表及变送器”拆分为第 5章5.2节“指示仪表”和 第5章5.3节“变送器” ; ——将原规范中第 8章“防护与接地”拆分为第 9章“屏蔽与接地”和第 10章“控制装置及系统的 防护”; ——删除了原规范中“本规范中的第 3.1.6条、第 8.4.12条的第 1款~第 3款以黑体字标识,为强制 性条文,必须严格执行。 ”; ——删除了已淘汰的原规范中“小型巡测仪”的内容; ——增加了取源部件及敏感元件的安装、就地检测和控制仪表的安装中易燃、易爆要求; ——增加了现场总线设备安装及总线通信电缆敷设具体施工要求的内容; ——增加了执行机构和现场总线调试的内容; ——将原规范中第 9章9.4节“启动试运前应具备的条件” 、9.5节“工程项目文件清单”分别独立成 第12章、第 13章。 本规范由中国电力企业联合会提出。 本规范由电力行业火电建设标准化技术委员会归口。 本规范主编单位:中国电建集团山东电力建设第一工程有限公司、中国电建集团核电工程有限公司、 中国能源建设集团东北电力第一工程有限公司。 本规范参编单位: 中国电力工程顾问集团西北电力设计院有限公司、 上海明华电力技术工程有限公司、 国核电力规划设计研究院有限公司、大唐三门峡电力有限责任公司。 本规范主要起草人:范幼林、郎国成、董景霖、王鑫、毛海岩、白杰、刘强、张永保、马振民、杜伟、张 宏伟、司鹏、孟晓伟、王煦、胡善云、李建军、王士伟、郑鹏、毕树林、张景银、卢海彬、归一数、侯端美。 本规范主要审查人:刘文鑫、廖光洪、张彬、傅腾、乔日平、闫辉、卢涛、许柏河、李培源、刘森、阎欣 军、贾金波、魏广鸿、罗振红、龙庆芝。 本规范自实施之日起代替 DL 5190.4 —2012《电力建设施工技术规范 第 4部分:热工仪表及控制装DL / T 5190.4 — 2019 II 置》。 本规范在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(地址:北京市白广路 二条一号,邮政编码: 100761)。 DL / T 5190.4 — 2019 III目 次 前言 ······························································································································· ···································· Ⅰ 1 总 则 ······························································································································· ································1 2 术 语 ······························································································································· ································2 3 基本规定 ······························································································································· ························4 3.1 一般规定 ······························································································································· ····················4 3.2 开箱检验与保管 ······························································································································· ··········5 3.3 施工准备 ······························································································································· ····················6 4 取源部件及敏感元件的安装 ························································································································8 4.1 一般规定 ······························································································································· ····················8 4.2 温 度 ······························································································································· ···························9 4.3 压 力 ······························································································································· ·························12 4.4 流 量 ······························································································································· ·························13 4.5 物 位 ······························································································································· ·························16 4.6 分 析 ·······
