北京市地方标准 编 号:DB11/T 1006-2024 代 替:DB11/T 1006-2013 DB11/T 1198-2015 DB11/T 1249-2015 民用建筑能效测评标识标准 Standard for civil building energy performance evaluation and certification 2024-12-26发布 2025-04-01实施 北京市住房和城乡建设委员会 北 京 市 市 场 监 督 管 理 局 联合发布 DB 北京市地方标准 民用建筑能效测评标识标准 Standard for civil building energy performance evaluation and certification 编 号: DB11/T 1006 -2024 (代替: DB11/T 1006-2013,DB11/T 1198-2015,DB11/T 1249-2015 ) 主编单位:北京建工数智技术有限公司 中国建筑科学研究院有限公司 北京中建建筑科学研究院有限公司 批准部门:北京市市场监督管理局 施行日期: 2025年04月01日 2024 北 京 3 前 言 根据北京市市场监督管理局《 2023年北京市地方标准修订项目计划(第一批)》(京市监函〔 2023〕 5号)的要求,标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考国内外相关标准,并在广泛 征求意见的基础上,修订 本标准。 本标准的主要技术内 容是:1总则; 2术语; 3基本规定; 4建筑能效测评流程与方法; 5居住 建筑能效理论测评; 6公共建筑能效理论测评; 7居住建筑能效实测评估; 8公共建筑能效实测评估; 9建筑能效标识报告。 本标准修订的主要技术内 容是: 1.融合了《民用建筑能效测评标识标准》 DB11/T 1006-2013 、《公共建筑节能评价标准》 DB11/T 1198-2015、《居住建筑节能评价技术规范》DB11/T 1249-2015 的相关技术要求; 2.调整了建筑理论能耗计算范围; 3.补充了建筑能效理论测评和实测评估流程; 4.修订了建筑能效测评规定项及选择项相关内容; 5.调整了建筑能效理论测评基础项能耗计算方法。 本标准发布后,代替《民用建筑能效测评标识标准》 DB11/T 1006-2013, 《公共建筑节能评价标 准》 DB11/T 1198-2015, 《居住建筑节能评价技术规范》DB11/T 1249-2015 。 本标准由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京市市场监督管理局 共同负责管理,北京市住房和 城乡建设委员会归口、组织实施,并组织编制单位对本标准技术内容进行解释。执行过程中如有意 见或建议,请寄送至北京建工数智技术有限公司《 民用建筑能效测评标识标准》标准编制组(地 址: 北京市海淀区知春路甲 48号盈都大厦 B座22层,邮编100086;电话:68179881;电子邮箱:
