1 范围
本标准规定了蒸汽热量的计算方法及根据温度、压力计算蒸汽热量计量所需参数的计算方法。
本标准适用于过热蒸汽及干饱和蒸汽,其温度、压力范围见图1
中斜线所标示的区域。即:当
273.16 K≤T≤623.15K时,0MPa\<p≤p(T)(T 对应的饱和蒸汽压力);当623.15
K\<T≤1073.15 K 时,0 MPa\<p≤16.5292 MPa。

注: 图1中1区、2区、3区、4区、5区为IAPWS-IF97
所划分的5区,在各区内应依据各自的基本方程计算水和蒸
汽的物性值。其中,1区为水、2区为过热蒸汽、3区为水和蒸汽、4区为蒸汽饱和线(表征了蒸汽饱和温度
T,与 蒸汽饱和压力p,的一一对应关系,其小于或等于16.5292 MPa
部分是1、2区的分界线,c是水的临界点,也是
4区的温度、压力上限,T。=647.096 K,pe=22.064
MPa。)、5区为温度高于1073.15 K 的过热蒸汽。
2 术语、定义和符号、代号
2.1 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
2.1.1
蒸汽 steam
液态水汽化或固态水升华而成的气态水。
2.1.2
饱和蒸汽 saturated steam
密闭空间内气、液两相处于动态平衡状态即饱和状态的蒸汽。

饱和蒸汽压力 saturated steam pressure
处于饱和状态的蒸汽压力。
2.1.4
饱和蒸汽温度 saturated steam temperature
处于饱和状态的蒸汽温度。
2.1.5
干饱和蒸汽 dry saturated steam
全部液态水都汽化成蒸汽,不含液态水的饱和蒸汽。
2.1.6
过热蒸汽 hyperthermia steam
在一定压力下对干饱和蒸汽再加热使其温度超过该压力下的饱和蒸汽温度的蒸汽。
2.1.7
蒸汽比焓 steam specific enthalphy
某一温度和压力下单位质量的蒸汽内所含有的能量,即单位质量蒸汽的内能 u
与压力势能 pv
之和。
2.1.8
蒸汽质量流量 steam mass flow
单位时间流过某一截面的蒸汽质量。
2.1.9
蒸汽热量 steam heating value
在某一时间段内流经某一装置或设备的蒸汽释放或吸收的能量。

3 计算方法
3.1 热量计算方法
已知蒸汽的质量流量及其比焓,蒸汽热量按式(1)计算。

3.2 热量计算相关参数的确定方法
3.2.1 过热蒸汽热量计算相关参数的确定方法
3.2.1.1 确定过热蒸汽压力 p 测量。
3.2.1.2 确定过热蒸汽温度 T—— 测量。
3.2.1.3 确定过热蒸汽质量流量 qm 测量。
3.2.1.4 根据过热蒸汽的温度 T、压力 p
按4.1的规定计算比焓h" 或在附录 A 的 A3 中根据温度θ、压 力 p
查找对应的比焓值。
3.2.2 饱和蒸汽(饱和线)热量计算相关参数的确定方法
3.2.2.1 确定饱和蒸汽温度 T、(或饱和蒸汽压力 p、
测量。
3.2.2.2 根据饱和蒸汽温度 T、计算对应的饱和蒸汽压力
p 、(T) [或根据饱和蒸汽压力 p、计算对应的 饱和蒸汽温度 T,(p)]。
a) 已知饱和蒸汽温度 T、,按式(3)计算对应的饱和蒸汽压力 p 、(T)。

5 比焓计算方法引入的不确定度
当 0 MPa\<P\<10 MPa,蒸汽比焓计算方法引入的相对标准不确定度为0.15%;当10
MPa≤P≤
16.53 MPa,蒸汽比焓计算方法引入的相对标准不确定度为0.25%。
